Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
The promoter is Circle Motorhome Hire whose registered office and trading address is Alligator Business Park 214 Broomhill Road Bristol BS4 5RG
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Circle Motorhome Hire and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is a fee of £5 per ticket to enter this competition in person at the location of the promotional event.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
If a customer buys a ticket and also makes a booking for a motorhome hire and wins 1st or 2nd prize the prize will be substituted against the hire and any monies paid for the original booking will be returned to the customer.
The draw date is Saturday 29th February 2020.
The prizes are as follows:
1st Prize 7 night motorhome hire
2nd Prize 3 night motorhome hire
3rd Prize £50 M&S voucher
The prize is as stated, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The prizes are not transferable.
In the event that the winner of the 1st and 2nd prize is under the age of 25 years being the minimal age to drive our motorhomes, then the winner can nominate a driver who is 25 years or over subject to the nominated driver fulfilling our normal Motorhome Hire Terms and Conditions.
This also applies to any winner of the 1st and 2nd Prize i.e. fulfilling our normal Motorhome Hire Terms and Conditions.
The winners will be notified by phone on the day of the said draw.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and hold a further draw.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
The promoter also reserves the right to cancel the competition and will return monies paid to each participant if circumstances arise outside of its control for example in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter on this webpage.
